LumEyes® devices are personal wellness devices designed for home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a pre-existing medical condition (including a pacemaker or recent eye surgery), consult your doctor before use.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when you receive a confirmation email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment fails, your order will not be processed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, the LumEyes® brand name and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of LumEyes®. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, LumEyes® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
